DPF Filter Cleaning Restore Exhaust Flow & Engine Performance
In-house diesel particulate filter cleaning to restore exhaust flow, reduce restriction, and support proper engine performance for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles.
Remove & Inspect
DPF removed and assessed for overall condition and baseline exhaust flow.
Initial Flow Test
Restriction levels are measured to determine the level of blockage.
Thermal & Air Cleaning
High-temperature baking and pulse air remove ash and soot from the filter.
Final Flow Test
Post-cleaning testing confirms restored exhaust flow.
Final Inspection
Filter is inspected and returned or reinstalled into the vehicle.
